How it works
No card machine and no hardware contract. A terminal is a till’s own payment address, printed where your customers pay.
Name it by branch and till. ChainPal gives it its own address, usually within a minute, and the dashboard groups it with the rest of that branch.
An A4 poster with a real QR code, in black or white, naming the networks that till accepts so customers send on the right one.
Customers scan with any wallet or exchange app. The people you choose hear about each payment by email or WhatsApp, and the money settles to your account.
Features
Designed around how supermarkets think about their tills: by branch first, then by till.
Name a terminal by branch and till, and the dashboard lays out your tills the way your floor is laid out.
A4 posters in black or white, with a scannable QR code and the address printed in groups of four so staff can read it back.
Tell supervisors the moment a till is paid. They need no login and see nothing else.
Collected, number of payments, average payment and success rate, for each till.
See every network a terminal accepts, with its address and the coins it takes on each.
Takings follow the routing rule you set for Terminals: your bank in local currency, or your treasury.
Each terminal is its own till, with its own address, poster and figures. Remove one to add another.
Made in test mode, a terminal watches Base Sepolia and Celo Sepolia only, so your team can rehearse a sale before going live.
In the dashboard
Open any terminal to see what it has taken, who hears when it is paid and the exact addresses customers send to.

No. A terminal is a payment address for one till, printed as a QR poster. Customers pay from their own phone with any wallet or exchange app.
Up to 5 per business. Each has its own address, poster and figures. Remove one to add another.
Customers pay in USDC and USDT, on Base, BNB Chain, Celo and Polygon depending on your market. Each terminal lists the networks it accepts and the coins each one takes, in the dashboard and on its poster. Sending on any other network will not reach you, and the poster says so in plain words.
The people you add to that terminal, by email, WhatsApp or both. They do not need a ChainPal login and cannot see anything else.
To the destination you set for Terminals: your bank account in local currency, or your treasury. ChainPal never holds them, and a terminal is only created once you have somewhere for its money to land.
Yes. A terminal made in test mode watches testnets only (Base Sepolia and Celo Sepolia), so you can run a test sale end to end. It stays a test terminal after you go live.
