How it works

The model writes the words. Your records supply the numbers.

Aria never adds anything up itself. It matches your question to a report, the report runs on your own records, and every figure in the answer is a figure that report returned.

  1. 1

    Ask in plain words

Type a question the way you would ask your finance lead, up to 500 characters. No filters to set and no report builder to learn.

  2. 2

A report runs on your records

Aria picks one of ten fixed reports and runs it against your business’s records. If no report fits the question, nothing runs and Aria says so.

  3. 3

    Check every figure

Each answer carries evidence chips. Open one to see the payments, invoices or terminals a number came from, the same records you would pull up yourself.

Features

Built to be trusted with a finance question.

A wrong number said with confidence is worse than no number. Every rule below exists so that Aria cannot give you one.

Evidence on every figure

Each number in an answer comes with chips that link to the records it was read from.

Figures from queries

Every total, count and share is the result of a report run on your records. The model only writes the sentences.

No source, no number

Ask something no report covers and Aria tells you it cannot answer, then lists what it can.

Read-only by design

Aria cannot move money, approve a withdrawal or change a setting. It only reads.

Ten reports

Revenue to top customers, each one a question your team asks every week. See them all

One payment, looked up

Name a payment by its reference and Aria tells you where it stands.

For verified businesses

Aria answers from your business’s own records, so it opens once your business is verified.

Short questions, plain answers

Questions run up to 500 characters. Answers come back in sentences, with a table when one helps.

What it answers

Ten reports. Every answer sourced.

Pick a question to see how Aria answers it, then open the evidence behind each figure. The last one shows what happens when there is no report to answer from.

Where do Aria’s numbers come from?

From a report run on your own records. Aria matches your question to one of ten fixed reports, the report runs against your business’s payments, invoices, terminals and customers, and the figures in the answer are the figures it returned. The language model writes the sentences around them. It never adds anything up.

What happens when Aria cannot answer?

It tells you. A question with no report behind it, such as your card sales, gets a plain “I cannot answer that from your records” and a list of the questions it can answer. No report runs and no figure is given.

Can Aria move money or change settings?

No. Aria is read-only. It cannot send a payout, approve a withdrawal, invite someone or change anything about your account. Every action stays with your team and its approvals.

What can we ask about?

Ten things: revenue, outstanding invoices, abandoned checkouts, stuck payments, customer credit, a single payment, the month-on-month trend, the tokens and networks customers pay with, takings per terminal and your top customers. Questions can be up to 500 characters.

Who can use Aria?

Verified businesses. Aria answers from your business’s own records, so it opens once your business has completed verification.
